Janice Crich suggestion because we sometimes forget names of our loved ones, so cannot find them in our phone book:

2018 Feb 25:

You need a pic
and the persons name
and how she or he is related too you
and the phone number

put them in a scrap book all together like a collarge

I do this
its called my other memory!!
