MY FAMILY THINKS I HAVE NORMAL AGING….

I USED TO BE UPSET ABOUT THIS, AND ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO READ CERTAIN POSTINGS…..

WELL, I HAVE CHANGED MY OUTLOOK….
I AM FOCUSING ON MY FACEBOOK FRIEND(s …) ,
WHO HAS BEEN MANAGING THIS DISEASE FOR MANY YEARS…
I PLAN TO DO THE SAME….

I DO EVERYTHING TO KEEP MY BRAIN ACTIVE, AND
KEEP PHYSICALLY ACTIVE, AND
TRY TO EAT RIGHT…..

MY DAD DIED OF EARLY ONSET ALZ. AT THE SAME AGE I AM NOW, (71)…

OH, YES, ONE MORE THING….

I REMAIN THANKFUL….
WHEN GOD HELPS ME FIND THINGS, OR
HE PROTECTS ME FROM MISTAKES THAT I MAKE, OR
HELPS ME FIND ENERGY,
I THANK HIM…..

WHEN I WRITE OUT MY BILLS, I ASK THE LORD TO HELP….
WHEN I AM DONE, I THANK HIM…

I ALSO FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I SCREW UP TOO…

IN CASE ANYONE ASKS YOU,
THE WORLD DOES NOT END, IF YOU LEAVE YOUR REFRIGERATOR DOOR OPEN FOR AN HOUR….
OR IF YOU DO NOT MANAGE TO GET SOMETHING DONE…..

GOTTA GO NOW, I HAVE TO WRITE MY BILLS OUT, AND MAIL THEM….
