My father taught me to give Present, focused, exquisite (exclusive) attention.
He ALWAYS worked at least 2 jobs and usually 3 jobs; never slept more than 4 hrs per day, and often he only slept 2 hrs in a 24-hr cycle.

But every day each of the children would have just a few minutes of his undivided attention – he was never thinking about something else when we were having those few minutes of his un-divided attention.

 

it was exclusive time, and it taught me about thought-ful Love.
