The last few months have been more difficult for me to understand words spoken or written,
to think of appropriate words,
and generally to reflect “Truthful Loving Kindness” with regard to my interactions with others.
… and the past couple weeks it has been really hard.

.
(Stress?) Headache almost daily now, and
Discovered that “peopling” time is much more fragile for me lately.
Working on it , but despite best efforts Just downright GRUMPY at times.
So i may post less frequently for a while.

I very much enjoy turtles;
the lovely placid creatures who carry secure covering and so easily pull themselves under cover for time of restoration and rejuvenation.
As a strong introvert my private time is crucial to my well-being … and I think it is time to TAKE some extra time for me.
